Espresso is innately part of Cuban culture. They like their coffee just like life - bold, intense, earthy with subtle hints of smoke. The beans we use are cultivated with the utmost respect for coffee culture and traditions, it's organic, fair trade, shade-grown. Our blend of dry processed central American and African beans roasted to a light-medium makes for a great alternative to our espresso blend. A medium bodied smooth shot with a chocolate dipped body gives way to hints of hazelnut and toffee with a tart raspberry jam like finish.
