CANCELATION
POLICY

Cancellations for but not limited to events, film, TV, or private catering need a

minimum of 48 hours' notice of cancellation. If less than 48 hours is given a fee of 50%

of the Total Bill will be kept.

Upon booking, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the Total Bill.

However, if there is a chance of severe weather or something that happens to our car,

trailer, espresso bar, or staff to limit our ability to serve safely, Little Havana Café

reserves the right to cancel at any time. A full refund will be issued.

Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather, Little Havana Café will attempt to contact the event coordinator or PM within 24 hours of the event/catering (or at the time severe weather becomes known) to discuss and determine the safest course of action. Little Havana Café reserves the right to decide the final course of action. 

Severe weather is: Any weather-related event with the potential to cause damage, serious social disruption, or loss of human life including, but not limited to Flash Flood watch/warnings, Severe Thunderstorm watch/warning, tornado watch/warning, hail, snowstorms watch/warning, ice storms watch/warning.
